Who is responsible

High Tech Solutions d.o.o., Vrhovec 112, 10000 Zagreb, OIB 06625701575, Croatia, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: hello@godreambuild.com, or reply to any of our e-mails.

What we collect

Account: your e-mail address.
Profile: first name, country, what you're building, why you joined, what you'd like to talk about, an optional photo and an optional link.
Use of the service: your time zone, the times you pick, your matches, credits, confirmations, cancellations, ratings, comments and reports.
Payments: amount, date, country and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
Newsletter (only if you sign up): your e-mail address and first name, when and where you signed up, the wording you agreed to, and when you confirmed or unsubscribed. Our newsletter service records whether a newsletter was opened and which links were clicked.
Technical: a login cookie (strictly necessary, no tracking) and short-lived anti-abuse counters based on your IP address. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To run the service you signed up for: logging in, matching, invites, payments, refunds (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To review profiles, handle reports and prevent abuse, so the community stays safe (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
To keep payment and accounting records as the law requires (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
To send the newsletter you asked for, including occasional offers from us and from partners (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). The newsletter is optional and separate from the service. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or in your account. Some links to partners' offers earn us a commission; we mark them, and we never pass your data to partners.

Who sees it

Your match sees your first name and country when a match is offered, and your photo (if you added one) and profile answers once you've both confirmed. Your e-mail address and link are shared with them only after the call, and only if you both choose to stay in touch.
We see your profile when reviewing it and when handling reports.
Service providers who process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database and the anti-bot check on our forms), Stripe (payments; acts as seller where Stripe Managed Payments is used), Resend (e-mail delivery), Kit (newsletter, USA), and, where applicable, a Croatian fiscalization service provider. Video rooms are created on Google Meet through our Google Workspace account (Google processes the call for us) or, as a backup, on Jitsi under its own privacy terms. We don't record calls.
Some providers are based outside the EU; transfers rely on EU standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

How long we keep it

Profile and account data, ratings and comments: until you delete your account.
Reports about a conversation: up to 2 years, also after an account is deleted, so we can keep the community safe (legitimate interest).
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days. We keep a short record of your sign-up and unsubscription to be able to show you agreed, and delete it when you delete your account.
Payment records: as long as Croatian accounting and tax law requires (generally 11 years), without your e-mail address once your account is deleted.
Login links expire after 15 minutes; sessions after 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data, object to processing, restrict it and take it with you. You can edit your profile and delete your account yourself in My chats. For anything else, reply to any of our e-mails. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP, azop.hr) or the authority where you live.
